you prefer an exchange or full refund, you may return the item
within 30 days of receipt.
Exhanging
Items
Exhanging an item is easy. Simply return the item and upon our
receipt, your account will be credited the exact amount of that
item less shipping and handling. You can also choose to apply that credit to any selection
of your choice and the order will be processed.
Returning Items
Items that have been damaged or altered in any way after receipt
cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Altering includes
being worn, resized or engraved.
Instructions
for Returns
Since some items are fragile, please ensure protection when
shipping. We have included the following steps for assistance:

Place jewelry in original bag or box and secure
with bubble wrap if available.
2.
Include a copy of original receipt or write
original order number on an included piece of paper.
3.
Place all contents of the purchase in a protective
mailing box or envelope.
